Coreline was founded to close a gap.
Specialists in data centres and mission critical infrastructure, we are a team of advisors who understand that these facilities carry a level of technical complexity that conventional project management consultancies aren't always equipped to address.
Coreline was created to bridge the gap between traditional project management and specialist technical expertise.
We combine practical project delivery experience with deep engineering knowledge and commercial understanding, bringing technical, commercial and delivery considerations together through a single independent client-side perspective. This enables our clients to navigate technical complexity, reduce project risk and make informed decisions while maintaining technical intent from design through construction, commissioning and operational readiness.
Our
Expertise
While our expertise is applicable across many technically complex industries and sectors, our focus is deliberate. Coreline was founded with a clear ambition to become recognised as one of the leading independent technical advisory and project management consultancies for mission critical infrastructure.
Realising that ambition starts with our people, we’ve deliberately built a team of experienced professionals with engineering knowledge, commercial understanding and practical delivery experience across data centres and other mission critical environments.
This ensures every project benefits from genuine industry knowledge, informed technical decision-making and an understanding of how critical infrastructure must ultimately perform in operation.
Meet the Founder
Scott Steele is the Founder and Director of Coreline Project Management, bringing more than 24 years of experience across the UK, Europe and Australia in building services, project delivery and technically complex infrastructure.
With a background in building services engineering, Scott combines commercial project leadership with a broad technical understanding of building services and particular expertise in mechanical services and critical cooling infrastructure.
Throughout his career, he has worked alongside leading developers, principal contractors, consultants and global equipment manufacturers across a range of complex projects, including mission critical and data centre environments where reliability and operational continuity are paramount.
This combination of technical knowledge, commercial understanding and practical delivery experience enables Scott to bridge the gap between design teams, contractors and client stakeholders, ensuring critical decisions are technically robust, commercially sound and practical to deliver.
His approach is focused on reducing project risk, driving collaboration and giving clients confidence that technical intent is maintained through construction, commissioning and into operation.
